After our initial discussion, we’ll conduct a detailed assessment to craft a care plan tailored to your loved one’s needs.  This process ensures we provide the right level of support, from daily assistance and companionship to specialised care services.

We use Banquo’s extensive network of carefully vetted, DBS-checked carers to match your needs with the best candidates. You’ll receive detailed profiles of potential carers, so you can choose the one you feel is the best fit.

Step 4. Introducing Your Chosen Carer. Special

Once you’ve selected a carer, we’ll arrange their travel to your home, covering the costs involved. Before they arrive, the carer will be thoroughly briefed on your loved one’s care plan, ensuring they are fully prepared to start.

The carer will move into your home and begin providing round-the-clock support in line with the personalised care plan. They’ll assist with tasks such as personal care, medication, household duties, and companionship, offering peace of mind for your family.

We stay connected throughout the care journey to make sure everything meets your expectations.  Our carers maintain daily logs to keep you informed about your loved one’s wellbeing, and adjustments to the care plan can be made at any time.
