About the Role:As an Adult Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with personal care
- Supporting individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in activities.
- Promoting independence and empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals.
- Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks.
- Administering medication
- Providing emotional support and building positive relationships with individuals and their families.
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- An enhanced DBS that is registered on the update service
- A minimum of 1 years UK experience working in a similar setting
