The Role

As an Adult Support Worker, you will:

• Provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of adults in our care.
• Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks.
• Encourage and promote independence by supporting life skills and social activities.
• Build positive relationships to foster emotional well-being and confidence.
• Manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure all care and support aligns with CQC standards and safeguarding protocols.

What We're Looking For

• Individuals who are dedicated to supporting adults to achieve their full potential.
• Must have previous experience in a care or support role or a CQC regulated setting
• Understanding on CQC standards and procedures
• Are resilient, patient, and adaptable to varying needs and situations.

Requirements:

• Must have an enhanced Adult and Child DBS that is registered on the update service or must be willing to obtain one.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
