Our company’s objectives are to provide qualified care on a short term and long-term basis to support those who are seeking a safe, supportive, caring, responsive and nurturing environment with which to thrive.
The company aims to provide care and support for those who are under 18, this will be on both a temporary and extended period within their own homes. We will work closely with the child’s parent or guardian, family and social worker to ensure high quality delivery of care which is in line with their support needs.
We will also provide qualified emergency care on a short term and long-term basis to support those 18 + who are seeking a safe, supportive, caring, responsive and nurturing environment with which to thrive.
For both client groups, combined objectives are to meet service users’ needs at all times, be available 24/7 and work within the service user’s budget.
Promotion of independence for the people we support is paramount and we empower our service users to lead fulfilled lives in a safe environment that is regulated by the Care Quality Commission.
Banquo offer person centred approaches that are tailored to meet the needs of the children, young people and adults we support.
In every aspect, our aim is to meet the five standards of CQC in terms of Safety, Care, Responsiveness, Effectiveness and Wellbeing.
